Gregorys Melbourne was established in 1982 as a specialist courier company. Since that time, Gregorys has grown to be one of the largest privately owned transport logistics companies in Australia providing courier, taxi truck, contract management, warehouse, mailroom management and document management services to a wide range of industries.

Our commitment to supplying quality services has been proven through long term partnerships with customers in the liquor, steel, soft drink, petalite and plumbing industries, amongst many others.

In addition, we have made a commitment to state of the art technology, safety and quality. Gregorys have recently completed the introduction of a complete new technology system, incorporating real time track and trace and electronic proof of delivery.

Gregorys Melbourne are accredited to ISO 9000:2001 and we set industry benchmarks with our Occupational Health and Safety record.Gregorys provide services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with up to 60,000 deliveries completed per week, by a fleet that encompasses approximately 300 courier, taxi truck and contract cartage vehicles. The diverse range of fleet and equipment available includes a variety of tautliners up to 48 foot, crane trucks and hydraulic tautliners resulting in an extremely flexible service capacity.

Gregorys Melbourne have three warehouse sites in the metropolitan area offering a total of 500,000 square foot of general storage space and 36,000 square foot dedicated to document storage and record management.

In 1996 Gregorys took a major step forward and commenced operations in Sydney. Although initially only providing limited taxi truck and contract management services, this area of the operation has now grown in size to include many large multi-national contracts.

The acquisition of Oswalds Banks Pty Ltd in 2004 saw Gregory expand its horizons to include Cargo Handling Services such as FCL and LCL container consolidation and deconsolidation, Container and Reefer Storage, Quarantine Services, Fumigation, Steam Cleaning as well as Bonded and Free Store Warehouse Services, Inventory Management, Pick and Pack Order Processing and Distribution facilities.

Aside from offering a fleet of over one hundred taxi truck vehicles; including specialized task specific units and those purposely designed to meet OH&S requirements, in Sydney Gregorys is able to offer a storage and warehouse distribution facility of 35,000 square foot with the capacity to double available space should it be required.

Gregorys has also implemented the new technology system In Sydney and are able to provide electronic proof of deliveries and 'real-time' key performance indicators to major Contract Management accounts. This information is made available via 'password' controlled access on the Gregorys web site.

Gregorys Brisbane operation commenced in 1998 initially offering only taxi truck, contract cartage and storage services. In October 1999 Gregorys expanded our suite of services through the acquisition of a well known Brisbane based courier company.

The rapid expansion of the Brisbane operation in the ensuing years has now prompted a move to larger, more modern premises at Murarrie. The new site comprises a 16,000 square metre warehouse with a 4,000 square metre awning, a large hardstand area and a refurbished two storey office complex. The facility also offers expansion opportunities with two additional on-site warehouses offering an additional 8,000 square metres should it be required.

The Brisbane client base is comprised of a diverse range of businesses including Coles Myer, QLink, Arnotts, Red Rooster, Hills Industries, Exide Batteries, Incitec and Twynam Agricultural Group.

Gregorys Brisbane are currently providing services to the Brisbane and surrounding areas in, but not limited to, warehousing and distribution, contract cartage, taxi trucks, document storage and couriers.

At present Brisbane has a combined fleet of company owned and subcontractor operated vehicles ranging in size from vans and utilities to 48 foot prime mover and tautliner combinations.

The Gregorys Perth operation commenced in 2003 and is currently limited to offering Contract Management services.

Gregorys objective in Perth is to grow the Contract Management area of the business before expanding the list of services offered in the near future.
