All courier deliveries are treated professionally and are considered time sensitive and confidential. Gregorys maintain a completely computerized and wireless communication system linking drivers, despatchers, customer service departments and customers together.

Our Internet facility allows customers the luxury of placing, tracking and fully monitoring work orders.

Courier needs vary, especially with respect to the size and urgency of deliveries, so Gregorys offer three different levels of service and a variety of vehicle sizes in order to meet customer volume, time and cost restraints.

RED HOT

Red Hot is a direct priority service given preference to all other work.

Melbourne
Inner CBD deliveries are completed within fifteen minutes plus driving time and the outer metropolitan deliveries are completed within twenty minutes plus driving time.
This service attracts a 100% levy.

Brisbane
Red Hot is a direct priority service given preference to all other work. Both inner CBD deliveries and outer metropolitan deliveries are completed within sixty to ninety minutes.
This service attracts a 50% levy.

PRONTO

Pronto service entitles the user to a priority service in preference to other standard bookings.

Melbourne
Deliveries for inner CBD areas are completed within one hour whilst for the outer Metropolitan area deliveries are completed within two hours of booking.
This service attracts a 50% levy.

Brisbane
Deliveries for inner CBD areas and outer Metropolitan areas are completed within two and a half hours of booking.
This service attracts a 25% levy.

STANDARD

The nearest available vehicle is despatched to collect the customer consignment.

Melbourne
The delivery is completed within two hours in the Inner CBD area or three hours in the outer Metropolitan area.

Brisbane
The delivery is completed within four hours in both the CBD district and outer Metropolitan areas.

NB. All service times should be expanded by delay times quoted at time of booking.

VEHICLES

Push Bike

Push Bike Couriers can carry envelopes and small parcels and only work in the CBD suburbs.

Mini Messenger

This vehicle is used to carry envelopes and small parcels with no one article to exceed 10 kgs - otherwise Lite vehicle rates will apply. Mini Messenger rates will apply for parcels up to a maximum of 30 kilograms in weight or a maximum of 0.33 metres in length.

Lite Vehicle

Lite Vehicles carry up to 500 kilograms or 0.83 metres.

One Tonne Van

One Tonne Vans can carry a total weight up to 1000 kilograms or 1.73m.

One Tonne Tray

One Tonne Trays can carry a total weight up to 1000 kilograms or 1.73 metres, standard pallets and are suitable for fork or crane on items.
